As one of the most popular Family Attractions in Worcestershire, located in Honeybourne, All Things Wild operates a timed entry system to help manage capacity and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors.

We kindly ask that, wherever possible, all tickets are booked online in advance. Tickets can also be purchased on the door; however, on-the-day admission is subject to a higher price and availability. If we reach capacity, entry may not be possible.

For Season Pass holders, online booking is required during weekends and school holidays to help us manage visitor numbers. During term-time weekdays, Season Pass holders are welcome to simply turn up without pre-booking.

Where possible, we recommend creating an account at the time of booking, which allows you to manage and amend your own reservation. A fee of £2 per ticket applies for any changes, with a maximum charge of £10 per booking.

If you have not created an account, please email [email protected] with your booking reference number. Our team will then set up an account for you and send a link to enable access, allowing you to manage your booking online.

Please note that all ticket transfers must be completed at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled booking time to allow us to re-release the tickets for other visitors. Tickets purchased using discount codes or special offers may not be transferable, or an additional balance may be required.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are charged at our peak admission rate. Children under 3 years old receive free entry, provided they are under 3 on the day of their visit.

Once purchased, vouchers can be emailed free of charge or posted for an additional £2. Please note that all gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem a voucher, pre-booking is currently required. Simply visit our Tickets Page and select the “Day Pass Gift Voucher Redeem” option for the number of guests included on your voucher. You will be required to enter your voucher number or barcode during the booking process.

Season Passes are valid until 31st December of the year in which they are purchased. Prices are reduced progressively throughout the year to reflect the number of months remaining. Our Season Passes are priced per individual aged 3 and over. We also offer a 10% saving when you purchase four or more Season Passes in the same transaction.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reference number. This reference number serves as your Season Pass number.

Please note, for Season Pass holders, advance booking is still required. When making your reservation, please select the “Season Pass Holder” ticket option and enter your Season Pass number when prompted.

On your first visit, our team will create your personalised photo Season Pass card where, for all future visits, you will the be required to show your Season Pass card when arriving at All Things Wild.
